Where We Ship

Mazumel ships from Bogotá, Colombia to addresses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia. International shipping to other countries is available on request — please contact us before ordering from outside our standard zones.

Shipping Times

  • Colombia: 2–4 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–8 business days (DHL Express)
  • Mexico: 4–7 business days (DHL Express)

All orders are dispatched from our Bogotá studio within 2–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your ring is in transit.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping to US, Canada & Mexico on orders over $80 USD
  • $18 USD flat rate to US, Canada & Mexico on orders under $80
  • $8 USD flat rate within Colombia

Duties & Customs

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning we pre-pay any applicable duties or import fees at the time of shipping. You will not be asked to pay anything when the package arrives. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

All Sales Are Final

Because every Mazumel ring features an adjustable copper band that must be gently shaped to fit the wearer's finger, all sales are final — once a ring has been adjusted to fit, it can no longer be returned to its original unworn condition.

We want you to love your ring. To help you choose the right piece:

  • Take your time reading the stone descriptions and meanings before ordering.
  • All our rings are adjustable and fit approximately sizes 6–9 (US).
  • If you have any questions about a specific stone or piece before ordering, email us — we'll happily share more photos, more detail, or help you choose.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please email support@mazumel.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We're a small studio — we'll make it right.
